Catching Feelings by Justin Bieber: music
OHMYGOD YOU GUYS!!!!!1!11!! EXO RELEASED THEIR HIGHLIGHT MEDLEY TEASER VIDS AND THEY WERE ALL KIND OF PERFECTION. I'm sorry but I kind of raped the caps button because I'm just that excited for EXO's comeback. I was about to embed the teasers but SM disable that feature so if you want to check it out, this is the Korean and Chinese version.
My thoughts on the medley~
 Wolf
Sick beats. That is all. I actually listened to the full tracked (leaked and edited) on tumblr and someone's soundcloud and at first, I was disappointed because the track was nothing like I imagined. I even hoped they're not actually coming back with that song. But, bamf out of nowhere I found out they used the track after all and even use it as promo track so I guess, it'll be okay. But, the song have awesome beats, a little bit of dubstep and Idk I might use it as my workout track lol.
Baby, Don't Cry
Fucking perfection. Listened to Korean version and OMG THAT HIGH NOTE OF CRY~~~ JUST KILLED ME. Idek who that was, I'm suspecting Baekhyun (my ultimate bias of EXO) or Kyungsoo. They actually featured the song in their debut teaser
It was a dream come true for all EXO fans who were once hoping that the song will be included in their debut album but didn't a.k.a. Can't wait to hear it in full~
Black Pearl
This song is great and definitely on the uplifting and upbeat side.
Don't Go
I can definitely see myself replaying this song over and over because it's a ballad and Luhan saying something along the lines of 'Baby, don't go~ We'll stay together forever~~' = me o<-<
Let Out The Beast
This track is another one of the songs used for their debut teaser vids and well, I'm already in love once, so I'm falling in love again.

Another leaked track and the best part is I already know the words and meanings of the song. But I only got to hear the Korean vers. so I'm really excited for EXO-M's version of it + Kris is singing so all the more anticipation then.
 Heart Attack
This is the song that stands up to me the most when I first listened to the medley. The flashlight line just kills me. It's one of those R&B tracks and omg I just love it.
Peter Pan
It's pretty good and it has a great vibe to it. Definitely need to check out the full track once I get them.
Baby
I found it ironic because Sehun of EXO-K liked Justin Bieber's Baby and now they both have a song called Baby.
My Lady
Yet another song they used in the debut teaser. Definitely worth the wait because Kyungsoo's honey like voice and Kai's graceful and fluid-like dancing I just- OK, STOP IT, ATIQAH. Here is the teaser ^^
All in all, it was worth the 1+ year wait. Some fans go and the loyal fans stayed. But I'm so proud to say that one of the few stayed. Apparently, a Wolf practice video was leaked but SM blocked it a tad bit late. I don't want to watch it even though someone did posted the link on twitter last night. But I rather wait and let the official MV surprise me instead. Seriously though, what is with this fandom and leaking stuff.
I've also pre-ordered both versions of XOXO and I can't wait 'till it's finally in my hands.

Labels: EXO, EXO-K, EXO-M, XOXO So after not using my blogspot for what felt like years, I finally decided to start using it again. I may not be updating it as frequently as before(?) but I figured it’s time I start using it for what’s it for, which is to record and possibly be a reminder for myself of what I’ve been through for the past 3 and a half months of 2013. A lot had happened last weekend and one of them being the earthquake that hit Sichuan, a province in China. It also coincides with Luhan’s birthday which is April 20th. To those of you who don't know Luhan is a member of EXO-M. Somehow to some heartless and inhumane people, Luhan’s birthday is the cause of the earthquake. I really can’t digest the fact that there are such people who would blame another normal human being of natural disasters. I don’t care if you’re an Atheist or not but blaming Luhan for something he has no control over is just stupid and inconsiderate. Uggghhh not going to say anything anymore on that because some people are just… /speechless.
As for the real-life
front, I’ve been pretty anxious about my internship which is ending next week
on May 3rd. I have nothing much to do left, just these things, which are:
◊ Editing my final report which includes the last couple of weeks of internship, content numbers, pagination and also making the final
report into a hardcover book.
◊ Make PPT slides for my upcoming evaluation presentation.
◊ Have my supervisor sign my journal and evaluation
form (Appendix A and B)
◊ Get the end of internship letter
And that’s basically
much it. Oh, and I also have to get my internship allowance which I still haven’t
get due to me getting my name wrong and not according to my ID fml. The two
checks were worth RM600 but I think it’s better for me to get the checks as
late as possible so I won’t spend it on anything other than my dream phone.
Speaking of which, I still haven’t decide if I want to stick to my original
plan, which is to get an S II or just get an S III but I guess I just have to wait it out
and decide later.
As for my personal
life, everything had been sort of peachy, I guess? I don’t have a single
crush on anyone in real life, including that one guy that my friends and I
called RZ. I’ve successfully forgotten all about him, except on the odd
occasions of me logging on to facebook and stumbling on to his name or status.
I can’t help but roll my eyes whenever I see it, though. I have no idea why tbh.
I can’t help but be annoyed with him. :\ But yeah, my love life is back to how
it’s always been which is as barren as the Sahara desert and I couldn’t be
happier about it.
I know EXO is the
major cause of it and I’m so thankful that it is. WARNING: Here comes my inner
spazzing spilling out~! I don’t know how it started but as soon as I got to
know EXO and Baekhyun and Luhan, my feelings for irl boys become less and less.
I don’t even care about them anymore because let’s face it, I would never stand
a chance at dating a guy in real life and I’m not saying it in a self-pitying
way either. It’s just the way it is, guys will always look for girls who are so much hotter and prettier and cuter than me. It kind of work both ways I
guess. + I don’t want to be dating anyone until I get married. That’s my life
motto and principle and no guys can’t ever change that. Well, with the
exception of Luhan and Baekhyun ofc but they don’t count because they live like
10, 000 miles away from me and yeah, like I said I. WOULD. NEVER. STAND. A.
FUCKING. CHANCE. They just make a nice subject for me to daydream about to be
honest lol.
So that’s about it on
what my life had been currently. I better get back on doing absolutely
nothing
now. Bye~~~
Oh, and before I go, here is an edit I did of Baekhyun. I showed it to my dad and I told him he's my hubby. He just nodded and laughed, like he always does. -.-" I might make another edit for Baekhyun's birthday which is on May 6th, which also happens to be my internship evaluation day :( So yeah, umm, bye~~~
